Cyberculture is a form of communication through computer oriented programs. To me, I rarely use this form of communication because the one important aspect is ruled out, face to face interactions. In one way or another everyone online uses these programs such as emails, on-line accounts, and maybe even chat rooms. I personally do not mind the cyberculture because it is a great way to meet new people or in some cases even your significant other. I think that my generation is more involved in the cyberculture world because our knowledge of the computers is extremely high, since we spend hours on them daily. Cyberculture has affected my life in positive ways because we have so easy access at the tip of our fingers. These cyber groups definitely will always have room for improvement because newer programs are being created everyday, so the competitiveness is at a high level. I think that in the future more companies will become involved into the cyber world for one simple fact, more profit. If more and more people become active in this world, before you know it there will be online shopping everywhere. This is a great step towards communication because of the easy access of computers that we have available to us.

Popular Culture
To be honest, I believe that popular culture has greatly influenced within the circle of my friends. One fact is that I have always had the same friends since kindergarten, and even back then during elementary, we followed the most popular trends at those times. I would say that music alone changed our pop culture because you want to be involved with the most recent music that all of my friends listened to. I think that sports had much to do with my friends in particular because no matter what the sport, it always brought us closer. The music in this case was always played during our games, so our sport events eventually became musical concerts as well. Clothing was another fast growing trend because the stores such as; American Eagle, Ambercrombie and Fitch, Hollister became very popular within my group of friends. These trends became marketed toward young teenagers in particular because we wanted to follow a more modern way of clothing, rather than the traditional style. I imagine transportation, for me, was a way to listen to my own music without having conflict with my other friends. To conclude, my generation is very much affected by popular culture because it is what I've known since I was very young.
